Property Tax Reforms Signal Challenges for Higher Education
"On Friday, March 14, the gavel dropped on the 2008 short session of the Indiana General Assembly and the legislature adjourned. Deliberations over property-tax reform dominated the session, which produced a uniquely bi-partisan solution.
